Phase 1: Foundation Safety Awareness

Goal: Tulungan muna ang bata maintindihan ang basic idea ng safe vs unsafe, okay vs not okay, and simple safety listening. Dito muna siya magsisimula before deeper topics like body safety and public safety.

Phase 2: Body Boundaries and Personal Space

Goal: Turuan ang bata na may sariling body boundaries siya at may boundaries din ang ibang tao. Dito papasok ang “my body belongs to me,” private parts, consent, asking permission, and saying stop in a calm but confident way.

Phase 3: Home Safety and Daily Rules

Goal: I-practice ang safety boundaries sa loob ng bahay gamit ang real daily routines. Hindi lang sasabihin ang bawal, kundi tuturuan ang bata kung ano ang safe alternative, kailan hihingi ng help, at paano susunod sa safety limits.

Phase 4: Public Place Safety

Goal: Turuan ang bata kung paano manatiling safe kapag nasa mall, playground, school, church, clinic, grocery, or public places. Focus dito ang staying close, holding hands, responding when called, and what to do kapag nahiwalay.

Phase 5: Stranger, Familiar Person, and Trusted Adult Boundaries

Goal: Hindi lang “don’t talk to strangers” ang ituturo, kasi minsan familiar people can also cross boundaries. Dito tuturuan ang bata ng simple difference between safe adult, unsafe behavior, secrets, surprises, and asking permission before going with anyone.

Phase 6: Emergency and Help-Seeking Skills

Goal: Turuan ang bata ng simple, age-appropriate emergency responses without overwhelming them. Dito papasok ang name, parent name, simple address awareness if appropriate, asking for help, and practicing calm emergency routines.
